Message "We "all" developed the brake kit into a marketable product at Z1. That is when we made the choice of rotors, worked with Z1 contacts to have all the parts CNC machined, marketed, advertised it etc. You were paid a very healthy salary by Z1 to work with the rest of us to develop and market this product. "

Correction: The kit was already marketable. All Z1 did was simply order all the parts and put them on the shelves. The choice of rotor was my choice, not Z1's. This was still a development I had implemented prior to July 1, 2003.

"This goes for the DOOLZ and the rest of the products you keep fussing about. You would still be trying to find some half ass way to make Dummy mas's for the DOOLZ and use those hideous NAPA rubber hosesas couplers, if I hadn't have come up with better ways. "

Does this somehow exhonorate Z1 in selling a product that I developed prior to working with you? The words were clear, "What I developed prior to my engagement with Z1 is mine and if I leave, it goes with me." I dont see where the discrepency is at or where that statement is as subjective as you would like to think.

"Not to mention the platform and expenses for advertising these products. As well as the capital to purchase products and components in bulk so they can be in stock and a product on the shelves ready to ship. I have no idea what you have changed on the DOOLZ but we have been testing some changes on the dyno ourselves that solve some of the fluttering due to the turbulent air effects at idle"

They are expenses that you would incur with putting any other product on your shelves. I was sharing profits with you 50/50 for crying out loud - revenue you would not have otherwise been making. My coming to Z1 made you money, and a LOT of it - more than any other single individual at your business.

"You are way out of line on the Greg D stuff and I want even fight back on that one out of respect to him. Your new campaign to bash us in order to step up in public opinion is painfully obvious. You are constantly complimenting our competition who just a few months ago you had nothing good to say about. Most of the stuff that you posed the other day that you claimed you got from Gregg you got from Z1 before you left. You are just going out of your way with this whole thing. I haven't participated until now and I probably want continue to in the future. "

It was sweet for you when I was there because I kept my mouth shut. Now that you have someone blowing a whistle you dont know what to do. Regardless of what I think, the other vendors out there ARE doing a good thing for the community and most of them have good reputations. Am I supposed to say otherwise now that I'm not at Z1? BTW, all of those parts I pictured were purchased from Greg - the parts you are referring to were stolen from me by your staff when my parts were ransacked the day after I resigned. Feel free to call Greg to verify my purchase.

"You are trying really hard right now because you are hungry. Maybe you'll keep up the good work and good rep. But I fear the old Ash's colors will shine through. Your lack of responsiblity and lack of consideration for other people is only being compensated for by your wife keeping up with things (which was a good call on your part) and the challenge of your new endeavor. "

Speculate what you will - it doesn't change anything.

"Good luck. Z1 has treated you fairly. You made well over 100,000 dollars last year plus a lot of parts, despite the fact that you made my life incredibly difficult and made my job 10 times harder staying on you ass to make sure things were followed through"

Z1 is going directly against the agreements you and I made before I came to work with you. How is that fair? You come up with your translations of what we agreed upon simply to fit with your business plan and it means stepping on anyone in order to get there. Then you try and get your investors to strongarm me out of my products and pay me half of what I was making? I brough in over a half-million in revenue of which was highly profitable for Z1. BTW, I came to Z1 as a developer; not a telephone attendant, not your mediator for customer complaints, and not your punching bag.

I only hope that this novel-esque document I am writing about my 16 months in Georgia can convey the reality of what really happened. You do a fine job of subjective interpretation - I'm sure you will enjoy reading it too..
